If you have Costco where you live, I recommend joining them for many reasons. Right now, they have a $10 cash card for joining. Check out their offer here. I wrote about getting a high interest Money Market Account for your business here if you are a Costco Executive member. There is also a Sharebuilder bonus too. I’ve been quite busy, so I apologize for the short post.

As of right now, I only have one house that is for living. I have no other investment properties to rent or sell. I know some rich folks, and most of them have many rental properties or houses. It is no secret that there is money to be made from real estate, you just got to know what you are doing and be damn good at it. After much careful reading and research, me and two other friends are looking to start our own journey into investment properties. What better way to do that than start another website as a learning tool. I invite all my readers to join us at

We are all novices in this field, so anything you read should be for educational only. I suggest you talk to a professional real estate planner or agent before you do any major purchases.
How much do you pay each month for your internet bill? If it’s more than $30 a month, I suggest you follow my routine. It’s a little hassle but Saving money is Saving money. There are many deals online for cable internet, and all you have to do is google..e.g. search comcast deals, $19.99 internet deals, etc. Usually I will go for the $100 rebate along with the 6 months promo. Another good place to find out good internet service deal is at your local Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. When you talk to them, either get them to add free installation or install it yourself. Follow all instructions to make sure you get the $100 rebate.
After 6 months promo rate is over, what to do? Call and threaten to cancel if they don’t continue the rate. Here is what I did and how the conversation went two weeks ago when I call my internet provider.
- CSR: How can I help you?
- Me: I need to be transferred to Retention please.
- CSR: Okay sure.
- CSR: My name is…, how can I assist you today?
- Me: My internet bill is too high, and Verizon FIOS is offering $14.99(bluff and you need a phone line) to me to sign up. I’m paying $45 a month in the next bill. I love comcast, but unless you can continue with the promo rate of $19.99 for at least another 6 months, I would need to cancel.
- CSR: blah..blah..blah…blah…”trying to explain how Comcast is better”…blah blah blah.
- Me: Again, I would like my promo rate to continue, otherwise Please cancel my internet with Comcast. Please set the cancellation date in two weeks while I am making plan to join Verizon Fios.
Usually right now, CSR will make some type of deal with you. If you find a nice CSR, he/she will extend the $19.99 for another six months, if not…$29.99 for at least another six months. I was willing to take the $29.99 a month.
- CSR: I’m sorry sir, I cannot do that for you.
- Me: okay, please set my cancellation date in two weeks. Thank you.
Two hours later, I got a phone call from their retention office.
- CSR: Hi…my name is…I heard you have decided to cancel..we would like to offer you $29.99 for the next 12 months.
- Me: Sure, can you email me or mail a confirmation letter of the order. thanks.
I plan to call them again at the end of the new 12 months promo rate. If not, then I will ask my brother to sign up for a new $19.99 a month promo with rebates etc etc. Another option is to go with another provider for a little while, and switch back to Comcast as a new customer. You should never ever have to pay $45 dollars a month for internet service!

I am not in a good mood…urrghhhhhh… I got a ticket yesterday(failure to yield to a cop while the light goes off) on my way home yesterday from a friend’s house. There were three lanes with the light going off ahead of me. It was dark, I thought it was a tow truck, so I only slow down from 40mph to 30mph. I took the furthest left lane..sure enough, the cop pulled me over and gave me a ticket(I think part of me driving a Nice Car pisses him off even more). He said that I should stop or slow down whenever the light goes off. Anyways, to make the story short, I will fight this ticket! Why..because I did slow down and he was in no danger via me driving on the furthiest left lane. Here’s a way of “trying” to get out of a traffic ticket. I’m done with # 3, and now I’m continuing on with the following steps.

Steps to take when being pulled over:
- Turn off car engine, interior lights on, keys on the counter, Hands 10-2 on a steering wheel (You must show total submission for best chance of leniency…Never ever get out of the car!)
- Adjust your attitude, be very polite, and do exactly what the cop with the big gun tells you.
- Apologize..make excuses or story up…but never ever admit guilt…tell the officer that you respect law enforcement…give him as much pride in his/her work as possible. Plead your case for leniency. Do not fight or get angry, but beg as much as your dignity will allow. Normally, this would be enough. Of course, being a hot chick usually amplify your chances of getting out of a traffic ticket.
- You are given a ticket, now what? Contact the officer through phone or mail. He/She is a public servant. You pay their salary, therefore they should be willingly talk to you. Come up with a “sob story” and offer alternatives for punishment. If you write, do so professionally, concise, and include contact information. Remember, the officer has the full authority to drop your ticket.
- If you are being ignored by the officer, contact the judge and prosecuting attorney that is presiding over your case, be apologetic, and ask for dismissal of the ticket. Worst can happen is a no answer.
- Everything is denied, now what? Go to court, do not miss deadline, and ask for the delays of your trial(in doing so, a better chance of officer not showing up or remembering much).
- The main concern is to get the ticket off your record so insurance premium stay low. You might want to offer the court clerks that you are willing to go through driving school for removal of ticket.
- No go, now what? Fight your case in court. Show up 1st court date simply stating “not guilty, your honor”… While you at it, ask the judge for a trial jury. While you wait for your court date, repeat steps 4 and 5. If the officer does not show up to court date, You are officially off the hook.
Now, I have a feeling that there will be a lot of comments on this..lets see “this is unethical man..you are guilty..you should pay the fine..blah blah.”…”Stop wasting taxpayers money dude” or “Learn to drive kid”…All I can say is X button is on the top corner right. Just to make it clear, I do respect very much for law enforcement. They are doing their job, and I am doing mine by utilizing my constitutional rights. We here at Hustlermoneyblog.com do it legally, and please do so at your own risk as I AM NOT NOT QUALIFY TO GIVE LEGAL ADVICE. This is for amusement only..haha. Peace out playa!

Don’t ever sign up to sites such as freecreditreport.com, creditreport.com, or identityguard.com, unless you are only signing up for the free month trial then cancel it. Otherwise, you will be paying them each month. The only true free credit report is at annualcreditreport.com, for the big three “Transunion”, “Equifax”, and “Experian.”

Here’s how to contact them through the different portals:
- Request by phone through a simple verification process: 1-877-322-8228
- Request by mail here.
Personally for me, I will only request for one the the “big three” credit report every four months, hence I can get it free 3 times a year. I also take a advantage of getting a free credit report through my car insurance company every six months whenever I renew. But according to the fair credit reporting act(FCRA) , you can obtain a free credit report at any time simply by stating that you are the victim of identity theft and place a fraud alert in your file. Use these numbers to put a fraud alert:
- Equifax: 1-800-685-1111
- Experian: 1-888-397-3742
- TransUnion: 1-800-680-7289

I went ahead and cancel my Citi Credit Protector today by calling 1-800-380-8556. If you want to check your current status of the 1st $100, check it here. My game plan was to make another $50 from them by offering to continue on the plan….haha..gotta hustle..
- Call 1-800-380-8556 to cancel
- CSR will tell you they need to transfer for a specialist
- When talking to the specialist, act like you are iffy about staying on…say “i’m not so sure…kinda too expensive”
- CSR will give you a new offer of something like 49 cents per $100 for staying on
- Again, do the whole routine…”maybe..i’m not so sure..eeehhhhh”
- If CSR doesn’t give you the extra $50 to stay on the new offer, tell the CSR ” my friend was offer a $50 gift certificate to stay on…”……..wait wait…if not…”can you do the same? “
- CSR will tell you yes, that they can give you a $50 retailer rebate at any store…Kinda like the $100 rebate where you have to send in your receipts.
- Again, it’s a new thirty days free tryout program…You think this will work the third time?..haha…i know i know..i’m going to burn in hell for this..haha.
Wish you luck playa…now, if you want, you can hook this hustler up by donating a little sumthinggg summthing on the top corner right..haha…I’m richhh biaatchhh!!!
