getting: invalid coupon code
do we need to wait until Monday?
There is currently a computer error with the coupon code. It will not work online, you MUST call customer service. Just tell them you saw the offer on the website but it wasn’t working. Most of customer service is aware of this by now and have no problems putting your orders through. If you can get it shipped to a store, awesome, because Ship-To-Store is free. Please tell them FIRST that you want the order to ship to the store otherwise they have to go back to the beginning of the order to enter that info in.
To get this deal to work:
* Place the order online and get an order number
* To get free shipping, select Ship-to-Store.
* Call 1-800-891-0195 OR THE NUMBERS BELOW (press 1) and tell them the code is not working (the phone line may appear busy, but hang up and keep trying; after 3-5 times, it should get you into the hold queue (7 minutes, as of 1:25 pm ET)).
* You will be credited the difference in 48 hours.
