It will not work online, you MUST call customer service. Just tell them you saw the offer on the website but it wasn't working. Most of customer service is aware of this by now and have no problems putting your orders through. If you can get it shipped to a store, awesome, because Ship-To-Store is free. Please tell them FIRST that you want the order to ship to the store otherwise they have to go back to the beginning of the order to enter that info in.
