    Our Chrysler Dior Beauty To Go Test-Drive validation process includes an audit of all redemption requests. We have determined your redemption request did not meet the requirements set forth in the Official Rules. Therefore, your redemption request will not be honored.
    If you feel you have received this in error, it is now necessary to provide the following information for your request to be considered.

    Then they ask for:
    Dealer Name
    Dealer Address
    Dealer Code
    Dealer Promotional Code
    Sales Person
    Test Drive Date/Time

    Mail in your validated certificate in an envelope postmarked no later than July 15th, 2007 to:
    Chrysler Program Headquarters
    P.O. Box 5078
    Troy, MI 48007-5078

    If you need assistance please contact your helpful Chrysler representative by calling 1-800-Chrysler (8am-Midnight ET).

    I went to a Dodge dealership in Ventura, CA. Was completely honest about not feeling like taking a test drive today, maybe later. I got attitude from the first salesman name John, who meet me before I could even get in the dam door. Then I went to another guy, didn’t get his name, he was completely rude, unprofessional, and beligerent towards me. The third person I spoke to finally helped me out and was nice. Next time I will just take the dam test drive and waste their time since they have been coping attitudes once they see my flyer. My friend does the same thing in Ohio and they don’t give her attitude like I have recieved in Ventura, California.
