Spanking new Bank of America $100 bonus using offer code: CH100CSP

May 8, 2007 · Filed Under Bank deals & offers

Today, I went to my local BOA to close 2 old checking and savings accounts. Then I went ahead to open this new Bank of America $100 bonus, using this link provided for me by the CSR. The offer code is CH100CSP

I’m not from Cali, but that link takes you to California’s Bank of America account. You can simply change the state you are from in the URL. I don’t think it matter because the code should work anywhere. You can also talk to the CSR’s chat service at bankofamerica.com website to get the link directly. Another way is just open one at bankofamerica.com and enter the code yourself at offer code box.

Do you have to open a savings account with this deal? Thanks.

No…I would not bother with a savings account since it is not required.

With this and other bank offers – are credit pulls done. I am concerned if I do a lot my score will drop.

    Slick:

If you are an existing BoA customer, they will not do a hard pull. However, they do the hard pull on your credit the first time. Hope this helps.

that’s right..no hard pull if you already have one account with them. It’s a good idea, if you plan to continue opening BOA new accounts for bonuses, to always have one account that has no fees no minimum balance.

Can you be in more than one promo at the same time? I’m currently in there $50 CH50MA promo and I just completed a month ago their $100 CH100CTA promo? Thanks!

Hi! I love your blog and did get your B of A promo around March 30th. . . But I am not sure how to get out of the monthly fee with paypal. I clicked to send money, but it only allowed me to send to an e-mail. Time is running out so I have figure out my way around the direct deposit requirement fast!
    Thanks.

Joyce, you must go into your Paypal account and add your bank of america account. Paypal will need you to verify two small deposits. Once it has been confirmed, you want to hit the withdraw tab. You can just withdraw a dollar each time from Paypal to to Bank of America. This will count as Direct Deposit.

    Hi Hustler,
I applied for the account for a few days, and still has not seen it shown up online. How long does it take for the new account to be approved and shown up when I log in to BoA ?

    Justin,
My account has shown up, but not the bonus. I think it might take a month or more. Write to the CSR if you want to speed up the process.

    Hustler,
I opened a bank a/c with the CH100SP code but had to go to the bank to open one. But after a while they are now saying that it is only valid if u open it online and not otherwise. Is there anything i can do to get the full $100.

I would log into my account and use their email option. Explain to them that you input the CH100SP promo code, and that you open a BOA with the promotion. Wait and see. Then if not, write back and threaten to close account if they don’t give you the bonus. Continue to bitch and complain through their email services..eventually, you will find a CSR that is willing to give you the bonus.
