At the prompt, you will get a phone message given indicating the card you are applying for. After that, the application is a completely automated process. This means that your responses are recorded and you might need to spell out your responses. This is a great card to use in conjunction with the 2% Cash Back on Everything Charles Schwab card.  Some people claim that this card gives 5% cash back at WalMart and Target too.
