Follow the Hustle:
- Sign up for Sprint SERP individual plan: http://delivery.sprint.com/m/p/nxt/epc/epclanding.asp
with e-mail address: Russ.S.McGuire@sprint.com and last 3 digits of employee ID (CID): 383 - Sign up for any individual EPRP plan(the cheapest is the Everything Plus Messaging Plan for $39.99), then you can proceed to the next step.
- Try Chat Service: Go to sprint.com, log into account, and hit the chat button. Tell them you want to change your plan to SERO-P with Premium Data with plan code FF1077 or PDS1999PW
- Try Calling: If chatting doesn’t work, call this number 888-876-8381. Do not speak to Telesales, as they can’t help you. Speak to Employees Account Representatives only. Do the same thing from step 3 and ask for switching to SERO-P plan.
- Try Emailing: email everythingreferral@sprint.com with your account details (e.g. your account # or phone #) and the request to migrate to SERO Premium.
You have two weeks to get this done when you sign up for a new plan with Sprint policy(can return your phone plan at no cost). I would do step 4 over and over again until you can find a CSR to help you upgrading to SERO-P. Again, if they can’t help you, thank them, and call back again. Keep doing it because there are many success stories. If you manage to get this to work, comment below and share your experience to help HMB readers.

I have tried chatting and a couple reps. They are giving me the runaround but I think it’s possible still. One even told me it’s cancelled another said cancel my service and go on the site. I got my phone in a store though…hopefullly I can do this.

Good luck to you! Although T.B. claimed he has done it, but there was no details as to how was being done. Meanwhile, many many persons, including those in other forums, have tried and tried and tried, but they did not get through. Statistically speaking, the probability of success is very low, close to nothing.
I, too, want to join this SERO premium plan, but there are too many fruitless responses from others. That makes me wonder if I should give it a try. Unless someone that has succeeded is willing to disclose his or her way of how is being done. I simply do not want to stuck into a regular plan if I fail to convert over in time.
Good luck to those that want to try . . .

So Theres No Switching To Sero If Youve Already Had Your Phone For 30 Days.? I HEard Someone Says THey Opened A EPRP Acct. Then Closed It To Get This.? How Do I Do That.??
Dr. House says
Any disadvantages/limitations if we get the SERO plan? and what about after the 2-year contract ends? the bill would still be the same after renewal?
thanks
Hu$tler says
Same plan/same rate for life.
Will says
Hu$tler, thank you for your reply!

May I ask which plan did you initially sign up for your iphone? I assume you go for the iphone. Right? And did you purchase your phone in store or online? And which place or site? And finally, how did you talk to the 888-number rep?
I hope you don’t mind me asking so many questions. Many thanks!
T.B says
just got my phone in the mail today, tried chatting twice online and they told me it was not offered to new accounts. i then called the 888 number talked to a rep. and no questions asked I am officially on the sero-p

Kool T.B. Congrats! Yup, I guess it’s still working. Good to hear!
Wil says
Hu$ler, is Sero Premium plan ($40 + $10) still available to sign? Please help!
Hu$tler says
As far as I know, yes, but very YMMV. Gotta keep trying and follow the steps.
T.B says
thinking about trying this out dose any1 have an update.

Good luck everyone. I managed to TOL a Sero line onto my account after opening a brand new EPRP account. I then closed the EPRP line and upgrade the Sero line to Sero Premium. However, Sprint said that the TOL should not have occurred and that Sero should not be on new accounts. As a results, the changed the Sero line to an EPRP line ($59.99 + $10). Sigh.
boba says
Little tip: It’s probably best to wait before calling them over and over. The last person I spoke to mentioned how he saw me call multiple times in a row and asked if I expected to get a different answer.
boba says
Wow. I’m not having any luck getting this plan. I keep being told that my new line isn’t eligible and that I have to have worked for Sprint to get that plan.
JL says
Thanks you hustler but doesn’t the 23% discount turn out to be cheaper in the long run?
Hu$tler says
Nope, it’s not. I promise. Even at 25%.
JL says
hustler can you please reply to my post? thank you…
JL says
i just want to know if it is better to do Everything Plus Referral Program with the Everything Plus™ Data Family 1600 plan or to just get the regular 1500 everything plus data family plan and use my 23% corporate discount. thanks..
Hu$tler says
SERP is better even if you have 25% discount.
boba says
Anyone have any luck with this? I plan on doing it soon and I see that the article is from January ’12. Also, is there a certain script to follow other than I want to change to a Sero-P plan and then giving them the codes?
cire says
Hi Hustler,
Thanks for the tip and I do hope that you can answer my question soon. I’m thinking of taking a friend’s Sero account. However, I’ve heard that I will need an EPRP account to do so. Do you know if I can create a brand new EPRP account, TOL his line, and then cancel the EPRP line?
Hu$tler says
Go a sprint store first, and see if you can do a TOL over you by starting a new account. You could also give them a call. If not, then do the EPRP option.
cire says
Would i be able to set up an account with a random number and then port my number later? I don’t want to port my number and risk not even getting the deal. Also, do you know if I would be eligible for Sprint’s port credit?
Nope says
I have tried a countless number of times through both chat and phone and it was a total miss. I am not sure how people are calling in countless times because they log it into your account and keep track. It seems that many people that were able to get it were on SERO before. YMMV. Good Luck
Hu$tler says
Kinda hit or miss. Some manage to get it the first few times. Keep trying because many have reported to still be able to get it.
isidror says
when does this offer expire
JL says
hey is this going to work if i am starting a new account? i need more than one line, all i hear is people saying that is a great deal for an individual but is it worth it for a family plan or am i better off just getting a regular family plan and using my 23% corp discount? thanks!
xocha says
I tried chat and told me I needed to be an employee, then I called and the lady told me I was an employee and is transferring me to an employee account representative . . . . .I hope it goes good will update.
xocha says
Darn, tried around 10 times keep getting “We dont offer this plan no more so we wouldnt be able to put you in there” -_- damn gotta keep trying does CSR keep track how many times you call in?
SHobelly SHobelly SHobelly says
i was able to do it through chat today. i had two knuckhead reps that threw me around to nowhere, then got another one that transfered me over to employee accounts..told them i had sero before and boom shobelly got his sero back.
xocha says
