- Within 90 days of opening your account, make a direct deposit of $500 or more. This can be your paycheck, pension, or any regular payment.
- After the qualification period and requirements have been met, your $225 bonus will be deposited into your account within 15 days.

- The account holder has 90 calendar days to meet the requirements to receive the bonus. Fidelity Bank will deposit the $225 bonus into the account holder’s new checking account within 15 business days after the completion of the 90 calendar-day qualification period, so long as the account holder fulfills each of the following qualifications:
- 1Open a new On The Geaux personal checking account with Fidelity Bank. You must deposit $50 to open this account. On The Geaux checking incurs a $5 service charge per statement cycle. The monthly service charge can be avoided by having a single direct deposit of at least $500 or more during the statement cycle. Current fees and rates are determined at the time of account opening and will be displayed in the Truth in Savings provided. - 2Have a qualifying direct deposit greater than $500 or totaling greater than $500 into your new checking account within the first 90 days of account opening. A “qualifying direct deposit” is a recurring electronic deposit, including a salary, pension, social security, other government benefit, or other recurring, monthly income amount, made by your employer or outside agency. Transfers from one account to another do not qualify. Qualifying direct deposit does not include payments received from apps such as PayPal or Cash App, and other similar payment providers. Deposits made at a financial center, via ATM, online transfer, mobile device, debit card/prepaid card number, or mail do not qualify.
- Only one bonus of $225 will be paid to the primary checking account owner. This must be your first Fidelity Bank personal checking account to qualify for this bonus. Clients under the age of 18 are not eligible to receive this bonus. Account must be in good standing and the qualifications satisfied to receive the bonus. Good standing means you have a positive balance in the account. The bonus may be subject to IRS reporting as interest earned on IRS form 1099-INT and the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes. Fidelity Bank expressly reserves the right to terminate this promotion at its discretion at any time and without further notice provided to you.
