I’ve found reselling phones on AZ, and especially FBA) to be a terrible idea. I dipped my toe in the water when trying to sell very cheap $10 prepaid phones. I had so many buyers taking out the new phone and putting their broken phone and returning back to FBA that I was losing tons of money. I opened cases left and right and Amazon didn’t care that buyers were returning phones with different serial numbers, or that they were basically stealing. AND I had to pay the stupid FBA return commissions for roughly $5 per return. So not only was I out the $10 for the phone, but I was also out the $5 return fee and any other ancillary fees I paid to get the phones to FBA.
