I bought a brand new SUV listed on the Bonus Drive list. I did everything within 2 weeks of my purchase. This was in September. I received an email confirming they had received my information. GREAT! I figured a couple of months, I should get a check. In DECEMBER, I received an email requesting more information, I gave them all the info I had, sales contract and my insurance Allstate card showing the VIN number. They said great! I reached out after a few weeks, and BAM they said oh it was denied, due to not under 1000 miles (my suv had 17 miles), or it was out of the 60 day time frame! YES, of course it was out of the 60 day time frame, because the office staff at Bonus Drive dropped the ball. I lost out on $250.00 because someone at Bonus Drive didn’t do their job! That stinks! They are absolutely ill equipped to handle this business. There is zero excuse for this, and in fact when I called I got to speak to snarky Robin, who couldn’t even apologize. Not impressed!

I think this program is a scam. I bought a new Jeep 11/2017 and submitted my application for the cash back, was told that my name did not match the name on the final sales form Had that corrected on 2/15/2018 and I just called today and was told that my app is still being reviewed by a person and that no decision has been made. This program needs to be investigated. This is false advertising and needs to either pay or be discontinued. One unhappy customer and now I know why I don’t have this auto insurance.
I qualified for a rebate. Filled out the form as requested. Got e-mails saying everything looked good just one more thing which could be easily obtained. After several more positive e-mails and conversations with reps I was told when I called after many weeks of not hearing from them that the manufacturer had rejected the request for the rebate. No reason given after all this time and negotiation. When was I going to be reached out to? I know that I qualified for this rebate because every criteria was met. This is a pitiful scam!!!
Mine too. I purchased a Hyundai vehicle in mid 2019 and I submitted my application about a month later so within the 60 days and everything was right but never received a payment. I re-contact them about it and was told my docs were NOT SUFFICIENT, why no one ever told me or asked me to re submit documents. So I uploaded again and was told I have to wait on manufacturer to make a decision. It’s been two months now.
This is pretty much a scam! They did almost the same thing to me! They dropped the ball, so I lost out on money! Report them, that’s what I have done!
I received your email March 21, 2018 that my BonusDrive Rebateis in the final administration stages. No other requirements from me are needed and you will send me a follow-up notification when my check is processing.
This stage will take a few more weeks but a check for $500 will be sent to me when it is complete. Please advise me further of nearness to completion.

Did you ever receive the rebate check?
I’m starting to smell a rat. I bought a new Jeep back in Sept/Oct last year (2016). I was approved for the $500 bonus in Med-November and verified it with Bonus Drive, whoever they are. Everytime I call in to follow up on the bonus, I’m told there is a delay. I called today and was told it is an IT problem presenting the checks from being run. Last time, I was told the checks were run, but they were waiting for the manufacturer to give approval to release them. It is now 2 months beyond when I was told I would be getting a check.
My guess is this is a ploy to develop a large data bank of customers, who have had their credit checked by Chrysler and customers, who are affluent enough to probably buy another new car, an insurance policy, or other items. If this was a fringe benefit for a car purchase, or insurance policy to build good will, it isn’t working. I’ll probably never buy another Chrysler product, or Allstate Insurance again just based on the basic principle of not appreciating being BSed.
I’m shocked that major companies such as those resort to these methods to accomplish what?
I received confirmation that my $500 reward check was in the final administration stages on November 11 2017.
Also that there were no additional requirements needed from me…… It is now Feb. 11, 2018 and after 12 weeks I’m curious if my approved application got lost or even if a check got lost. I have not received any followup notices so am curious to find out.
Good luck, Jack. I’m thinking this is all some sort of scam. I only see one person, on this site, saying they received their check. They probably work for Bonus Drive, Chrysler, or Allstate. The rest are in the same circumstances as you, Brian, and I. In my case, the auto dealer owner is a local, high profile politician. I plan to be dropping in on him to let him know that about this situation.

Just received my check yesterday. I submitted request on 12/20.
Firstly I leased a 2015 automobile whose lease was due in December 2017. Now I purchased this same car. I then received your Bonus Drive application for me to get $500 back. On the form it shows “Year’s” for 2016, 2017, and 2018. As I bought a 2015 automobile, am I still eligible for the rebate? If so. how do I code for 2015?
