Performance Lacrosse Group, the company that owns Cascade R Lacrosse equipment, has agreed to reach a settlement due to plaintiffs complaining that they violated the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment by claiming that their helmets met safety standards when they didn’t.
