There is over 400+ national parks available across the nation so there is plenty of options to choose from! Mark you calendars today for these select days below, such as The National Public Lands Day.

Free National Parks Annual Pass for Families w/ 4th Graders

4th Graders get To Visit National Parks for Free
Do you have a 4th Grader in the 2019-2020 school year who is curious about the world and the things it has to offer? Well, now they can visit the National Parks until the end of August for free! This also includes admission for anyone under 16 years old and three adults. Get your pass now to start seeing the beautiful nature.
If you are a 4th grade teacher, you can also get a bunch of free passes for your students!

- How to get it:
- Firstly, navigate to the site using the link below
- Click “Let’s go” and then “Get your pass”.
- After that, enjoy your free pass and be sure to print it out when you visit the National Park!
- Terms: You need to print your pass and bring it with you when you visit. Electronic copies aren’t accepted. Your pass has a unique code. That means you can’t copy it and give it to friends. Encourage your friends to get their own pass if they’re in the fourth grade. This program only provides passes for fourth graders.

- Then, Select one of the dates listed to go to your national park
- After that, enjoy your waived ticket fee at the entrance
- Terms: The fee waiver includes entrance fees, commercial tour fees, and transportation entrance fees. Other fees such as reservation, camping, tours, concession and fees collected by third parties are not included unless stated otherwise.

Bottom Line
With these entrance free days, you will be sure to save lots of money. In other words, you can get free admission to National Parks on the various days listed! Just check out the select dates on the National Park Services website.
Additionally, on non entrance free days, volunteers who log at least 250 hours with federal agencies also can get in free. Seniors over the age of 62 who are US citizens or permanent residents are also eligible to purchase a $10 Lifetime Pass, which provides additional discounts on camping, swimming and other park-related services.
