Sam thing happened to me at the dealership in Glendale, California.
They blamed Autohook and suggested. it was not their problem.
Please advise how they or Autohood can make this right.
I bought my first Hyundai In Feb. 1989. Over the past 29 years I have bought 10 Hyundai cars including the 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT,which I bought on May 2nd. I actually did three Test Drives at three different dealers; Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn MA., Route 44 Hyundai of Raynham MA., and Hyundai of Plymouth MA.. where I bought my car. Not with standing, over the past (3) weeks I have been unable to obtain a REWARD CODE. The dealers have not helped , HyundaiUSA .com has not helped , nor has the Sales Satiisfaction Dept. helped. I hav not gotten any response from anyone. I guess it might seem stupid to be upset over a $40 Gift card, but after all of my purchases I think I deserve better treatment, I now regret my last purchase. I will not buy another HYUNDAI.

You need to go to the correct dealership not all are offering this promotion. My worked fine.
I would have skipped doing a test drive knowing that I did would not receive the gift card or that the Mygiftcarstatus.com link would not work. Guess I’ll test drive another make model and pass on Hyundai for a new car.

I got a note fo $40 gift card from Amazon for taking a test drive on a Tucon. They sent a coupon for a dealer in Sunbury, but I had recently purchased a Elantra fro Fairfield motors Muncy I took the drive and Amanda Harriman said no problem she would get it for me. I waited 2 weeks and left a message for her. She didn’t return m,y call. I called her today and she said coupon said Sunbury. I said you told me it was good with you. She was snippy and no help. I did what the dealer said no gift card
Got mine! If you choose virtual you can get an Amazon or Target gift card code as soon as the dealer verifies it. I just spent a few minutes in the showroom and they gave me the code.

I’m still waiting for my $50 visa from May 2017 . Complained at store Jan 2018 few weeks ago about this and manager said they would email me a code for $40 for Amazon…. still waiting ? and they don’t receive my calls at dealership or return my calls. Not a good way to do business?
I did the test drive but I have not gotten my reward. I was told that it was processed. I might have deleted the code if it went to spam. My original code was 31244-5546 and I was at Lehman Hyundai(Miami, FL) on Jan.8. I have been calling them trying to get it duplicated but no response. Please help! I truly am a prospective customer….I would appreciate the Target e-card.
The promotion is valid. I received my card last week. Once you activate, you have the option of a virtual one or a physical card. I chose virtual, because they deduct $3 (“fees”) if you opt for the physical.

They email it to you and mine went to my spam folder. Try going to your email and hit search and type in Hyundai and see if it shows up and check junk folder.
went on the test drive and was given an amazon $50 card code which I did not want – I wanted the visa card as advertised – I do not shop at amazon or target. I am purchasing a vehicle soon. I wanted my choice not theirs
I just did my test drive tonight (2017Hyundai Tucson) and was told the person who processes/honors the code works M-S until 5pm (I went at 6:30pm Friday 11/10/17). I’ll check tomorrow & repost update.
I went to dealership and didn’t have to test drive a car at all.. The lady took my info down and I received an email the next day for my gift card. I decides to get the gift card info Instantly instead of mailed and I received the full info of card. Easiest $40 ever!
I have an email showing card and last 4 digits. I requested a physical card. Says mailed on Sept 26, 2017. Haven’t received as of yet. Guess will wait and see.

They sent me a test drive invitation to receive $40 visa and the dealership closed/said they moved to New location and the New location refused to honor invitation. This is some bullshit.
