From now until May 11th, you can visit Sears or K-Mart and get a $10 bonus for every $50 gift card purchase. Here’s the hustle though, you can purchase K-Mart gift cards, get the bonus, then go to Sears and use K-Mart gift cards to purchase Sears gift cards and the bonus, over and over again.
From one slickdealer on this thread:
I walked into Kmart with $1000. Walked out with $1200 GCs. Walked into Sears, picked up 4 gift cards, told the cashier to put $300 on each one. Swiped the Kmart cards, walk out with $1200 on regular Sears GCs and $240 in bonus GCs. Go to Kmart, pick up 5 GCs, tell cashier I want 4×250 and 1×200…Show cashier how she can input the total bonus once, instead of inputting a $10 bonus 24 times…so I walk out with the $1200 in cards I purchased, and a bonus card of $240. Go to Sears, pick up 6 cards, put 250 on 5 and 190 on one…pay with Kmart cards…take all the $10 cards, put them in a Sears bag, toss it in the trunk with the others.(it takes too long to activate them, just get down the road to the next store).
I made over $2300 in one day doing this, I made a total of 8 stops (4x Kmart, 4x Sears)
Is this unethical? most likely. Is this against the law? Absolutely not. This is just a loophole that K-Mart and Sears didn’t see it coming. You might want to read some more of this thread for more info.
I got a PS3 & three games, plus groceries @ K-Mart w/ about $500 left over, and that’s not touching my initial $500 investment. This was a great promo.
