T-Mobile informs that once a customer has subscribed to the new plan, you will be communicated by e-mail and will be detailed on how to avail the bonus miles offer. If the customer does not have an active “Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan” membership number, you will need to go and sign up for the same at Alaska Airlines website. The sign up process can be completed online. The miles will be added to the customer’s Alaska Airlines account within three months of the activation of the new T-Mobile account.
