According to these three articles:

AT&T is offering $10 a month with its DSL broadband services. It’s a 12 month contract, and then month to month afterward. The modem is free after rebate and the price is guaranteed for 30 months.
How to get it?

It is available in only 22 states. Check here by entering your phone number to qualify. It’s called “the naked DSL” and not widely promoted. You might want to Chat live with the CSR for all the details. Ask the CSR about the plan along with the “special link.” If they act dumb, send them one of the news story links from above. Once you signed up, install it manually and not the crap CD with all the junks in it.
