Payment Options
APMEX offers plenty of payment options. Your choices include:
Check or wire transfer. Payments by check or wire transfer get a 4% discount. It is recommended to pay by wire transfer as the transaction happens instantly, so you don’t have to wait for your payment to clear and your order ships quickly.
Credit card or PayPal. Although convenient, APMEX does not provide any discounts when you pay with either a credit card or via PayPal. Even if you do pay with a rewards credit card, it most likely won’t compare to the 4% discount you receive when you pay via check or wire transfer.
Cryptocurrency. APMEX has partnered with Bitpay to allow payment with Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) or Ethereum (ETH). This method is cheaper than paying by credit card.
Shipping
All domestic orders over $199 ship free. If your purchase is under $199, the shipping fee is $9.95. APMEX processes orders within one business day after your payment clears. Each package is insured, and large orders require a signature upon delivery.
