Bought expecting $25 on a Costco cash card with $100 purchase on P&G products 9/5/18 – 9/30/18. Don’t waste your time. Submitted jpeg, bmp, pdf’s of receipt multiple times, but P&G website just returns to start page without accepting submission. This rebate offer is a scam. I thought Costco was better than this. Next time I’ll buy Kirkland and avoid fake rebate offers.
