Good Afternoon Anthony Nguyen,
My Name is Michelle Mitchell I purchased the 2013 Ford Focus in August of 2016 and was I not told that they where having transmission issue with the Ford Focus vehicles of that year. It has been in the shop four times for the same issue since I purchase it. I filed my claim in March 2018, cause I was told before file the claim it has had to been in the shop four time for the same issue. this is crazy every time I had to leave work to drop the car off with them and get a rental and it go on my debt or credit card payment of fifty dollars until I bring the car back then they put the money back. But I shouldn’t have to go through this when it’s their problem. thank you!! I hope I get some resolution to this cause it’s trying to act up again. And I have all proof that I took it in four times.
