KFC does not honor military discounts in Shawnee, Okla either. I was there and they know nothing about it. Done with kfc and putting up notes in the VA Hospital in OKC also.

They advertise 10% military discount here at Fort Payne, Alabama, but I have yet to receive one as a retired army veteran. Called KFC corporate after reading your article and received no resolution, even though it was memorial weekend. KFC has lost a loyal customer.
