According to the lawsuit, Kona Brewing Company used deceptive marketing and false statements to advertise their products. The company portrayed their beers as being made in Hawaii when the products were allegedly brewed in New Hampshire, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington state facilities. - Estimated Amount: Up to $20 with proof of purchase and up to $10 without proof of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: Receipts, a copy of the UPC from the Kona Beer package(s), a copy of the purchase on a credit card statement, and other valid documentation. Proof of purchase is not required but can result in higher payments if provided.
