I received an email from Netspend for the Bonus10 code which does not work. None of the codes work. I really don’t understand why they send these emails and then it does not work. I keep getting an error code.
I tried for four days to get a state government check to go through and they denied it and stated it was a risk. If I can get a GOVERNMENT CHECK TO CASH THEN HOW DO I EXPECT THEM TO APPROVE PERSONAL OR PAYROLL I THINK I STILL SHOULD GET THE PROMO FOR FOUR DAYS OF STRESS AND STILL HAD TO GO TO A CHECK CASHING PLACE
Where do you enter the promo code?
That’s one thing I have not had an issue with yet is the direct deposit going thru…. Their customer service on the other hand can single handily lose lots of customers.
I just tried getting direct deposit recently on my Net spend card and there saying they didnt receive it yet do you know if they hold the first check for some reason because my employer def sent it

Just deposited my check today with the 10 day delay funding, hope they don’t screw me over and say the cheque has to arrive by 3/31/16 and not give me the referral… I’ve not had the best experience in the past with Netspend paying out on referrals due.
I’m testing the theory out now to see if they really subject me to a ten day hold on the funds. I’m not crazy about the 2% to 5.5% fee in order to get faster access.
