For all cardholders with an open RushCard account as of Oct. 12, 2015 and who had authorized the use of that account at least once between July 14, 2015 and Oct. 12, 2015, then you are eligible for a potential award from the RushCard Prepaid Debit Card Class Action Lawsuit! According to the lawsuit, UniRush LLC offers the RushCard to consumers through an agreement with MetaBank, the card issuer. On Oct. 12, 2015, a subsidiary of MasterCard became the processing company for RushCard services. RushCard holders were notified in advance that there would be a short disruption in service on Oct. 12, 2015 to allow for the conversion to take place. Although the defendant denies all acts of wrongdoings, they have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation. So if you are eligible, file a claim by 8/30/2016 to receive your potential award!

I ordered 3 cards I just stop my direct deposits. They keep telling my my post office didn’t deliver it which isn’t the truth because my husband ordered his and received it. Someone is holding my card and money. My card has $325.32 on it and at this point I’m tired of going back and forth with them giving me dates of when I will receive it and never does . Then they say well we will just order you another one. I’m filing a lawsuit.
