Sam’s Club members who bought fresh products between the dates September 11, 1999 through November 9, 2017, you may be eligible for a potential reward from Sam’s Club Freshness Guarantee Class Action Lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, Sam’s Club failed to honor customers with a 200% refund on returned products including certain fresh meat, seafood, produce and bakery items as promised in their membership pamphlets.
