Who’s Eligible:
- Class Members eligible to benefit from this settlement are U.S. citizens who, between Sept. 1, 2018, and Sept. 25, 2020, received one or more calls or text messages on their cellphone that were placed using a dialing platform from Sunrun or from or on behalf of Media Mix, RMC or Americor in an effort to generate Sunrun leads or customers.
- Eligible Class Members also include those who received at least two telemarketing calls or texts from the same companies during a 12-month period while their phone number was on the National Do Not Call Registry. The number must have appeared on the registry for at least 31 days before the calls were received.
Estimated Amount: Varies
- Consumers filing a valid Claim Form that is approved will receive a single payment, the amount of which will depend on the number of Class Members submitting valid claim forms.
Proof of Purchase: No proof of purchase is required, but consumers must file a claim form and verify that they are a member of the Class and the telephone number on which the calls or texts were received.
