Chase Deposit Sweepstakes Official Rules:
1. Open to individual legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, WI or WV.
2. The Chase Tap, Snap Chance to Win Deposit Sweepstakes ends at Midnight ET on 7/31/15 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two ways to submit entries:
- To Enter By Making a Deposit: Enroll during promotion period. Good for consumer Chase Savings and Chase Checking. You will receive one entry into one of the Daily Entry Periods for each single, one-time deposit of at least $200 in new money into an Eligible Chase Account.
- To Enter Without Making a Deposit: Send a 3″ x 5″ card with your handwritten name, address, daytime telephone number (including area code) and date of birth, mailed in an individual envelope to Chase Tap, Snap, Win Deposit Sweepstakes, PO Box 3003 Rogers, MN 55374-3003, to receive one (1) entry into each Daily Entry Period beginning on the postmark date of your entry through the remainder of the calendar month.
3. One entry per Daily Entry Period regardless of the method of entry.
4. Twenty potential prizewinners will be randomly selected from each of the seventy-seven Daily Entry Periods from among the eligible entries received for the respective Daily Entry Period.
5. Twenty winners from each Daily Drawing will each receive a monetary payout of $200.
6. The Daily Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final.
7. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for incomplete, lost, illegible, late, misdirected or postage-due entries.
8. All entrants release Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes.
