- Click on “Forgot Username/Password?” when you get to the login page
- Select “I forgot my username”
- Provide your email address
- Log into your email address to verify
Alternatively, if you’ve forgotten your password, here’s what you need to do to retrieve it:
- Click on “Forgot Username/Password?” when you get to the login page
- Select “Forgot Username/Password?”
- Provide your phone number and username.
- Click “Send me a new password.”
How to View Your Valley National Statements
It’s going to be easy to find and view your bank statement since Valley National also offers it online. In order to access your eStatements, follow these steps:
- Visit statements.valleynationalbank.com.
- Click the “Register Now” button n
- Fill out the registration page with your information.
- Check the box marked “Acknowledge our VNB® eStatements Disclosure and Consent.”
- Verify that you’re not a robot by checking the box
- Click the button to submit
Once you’ve registered for eStatements with Valley, you will be sent an email to set up your password.
- Create a password that is at least seven characters long and contains at least three of the following characters: lower case letter, upper case letter, number and symbol.
- After you’ve finished creating it, click submit.
- Then you will be sent a verification number via text message
Finally, you can now log in to your Valley account, select the “eStatements” option in the menu and choose which account you’d like to view the statements for.
