Today is the last day for the $250 bonus AmEx Business Gold. I wrote a full review on this card. Don’t hesitate much longer because this deal will be dead by midnight.
As always, anyone can sign up for the AmEx business gold credit card:
Whether you have a home-based business or that you have sold something on Ebay, you can apply for a business credit card. You can put your name as the business name and your social security number as the tax id. Your business is called sole proprietorship and it’s perfectly legal with the IRS.
Many people have manage to use the 25000 bonus points for a $250 gift certificate or a free round-trip ticket anywhere in the U.S
This deal will end on October 15th, 2007, so apply today.
**Hustler Hint: After you get this card in the mail, call the CSR and ask them about the extra 5K points bonus by adding two authorized users. This would make this card a total of 30K bonus points**

Alas, the offer is no more. I think all you get now is 5,000 bonus points. Let us know if it comes back!

Just got a financial review call yesterday on this.. signed up for 9 of these cards.. I think it was the 7th card that tripped the FR. I just transferred the 30+K points out to gift cards.. been researching what to tell them about the accounts.. the businesses are not “real” entities.. although they could be just startups. I certainly do not want to get the IRS involved by sending in quarterly tax forms by submitting from 4056t something form. I am planning to just tell them to just cancel whatever cards they have a problem with.. I’ve read that you can even re-open them later.. have no idea how and if you can still wrangle points out of them.. if anybody has some hints on FR for having multiple business accounts please post. Most people post about having too much credit, BTs, CLincreases, and the like.. which is not my case.. also I have had a couple of AMEX cards for 10+ years that I’d like to keep.. will they let me if I have to cancel.. thanks.
