This hotel exudes a modern hotel designed by famed architect I.M. Pei, who was the visionary behind the Louvre Pyramid. The palatial lobby features 33-foot-high ceilings, meticulous symmetry and French Chassagne stone floors and pillars. In the bar, you can spot potted plants and crimson back light that help to add a bit of life to the hotel’s muted color scheme.
This location includes 365 rooms and suites that start at a spacious 600 square feet. Similarly to the uniform design of the hotel’s lobby, almost all of the hotel’s rooms and suites feature monochromatic tones, with subtle flashes of color and mirrors to accentuate the space.
The pedestal beds are hand crafted and the rugs are hand-knotted rugs to give the rooms a hint of personality. To create a more luxurious feel, rooms are matched with marble bathrooms, deep-soaking tubs, and Bvlgari bath products.
For a relaxing experience, you can head to L. Raphael Spa in the basement. This is the hotel’s luxurious spa that specialized in facials, hair, and nails. Guests have free access to the spa’s steam room, sauna, and whirlpool tub.
In addition to the spa, this hotel include a 24/7 fitness center and a complimentary Rolls-Royce house car. The fitness center is located in the basement and fully-equipped with private trainers available upon request.
