    huh? lose? you got a phone dude! ever heard of returning the item and get your money back?! If you have been reading this blog..learn how to hustle…call the rebate or t-mobile’s website and start complaining. Know your credit cards rights..every purchase is guarantee. again..hustle dude!

    Just got the rebate rejection letter !!
    The purchase at T-mobile’s website is not qualified as an eligible retail selling point as described on the rebate form.

    So… I guess all the readers of you who actually bought this cellphone end up with losing $30+tax just like me.

    I saw that there was a one time activation fee of $32 in small print on the website just before i placed the order. So i backed out on the offer!

    yeah i read that too…but then scroll up to the top…it says in the big green box “pay-as-you-go” so im guessin its still good

    Hmm.. the fine print in the $30 rebate says:

    “This rebate offer is for Postpaid customers only; it does not apply to Prepaid service.”

    Seems as though you have to sign up a contract and be postpaid to get the rebate….
