Take a screenshot of when you add your credit card! I added mine before I went to the restaurant. Was suppose to get 30% cashback off $200. Groupon insists I didnt register my card before I went. Not impressed with customer service. Cant get a ph call back and they dont even have to show proof that I didnt resister the card.
This sounds great and would be if you ever got the promised cash back. When you submit an inquiry, Groupon asks for tons of information and documentation and then says they are “investigating”. This seems to be a real scam because after I’ve given them everything they’ve asked for and followed all of their rules, I still don’t have my money back, nor do I have any idea when (or if) I might get what I’ve been promised.
