Log In from a Computer

You can access and log into your Merrill Edge account by:

Go to the Merrill Edge homepage.
Enter your user ID.
Enter your password.
Click the page you would like to be taken to.
Click the “Log in” button.

You have to sign up for an account first to get a user ID and password. Then you’ll receive your account number and you will use it to enroll to your account for online access.

Log In From a Mobile Phone or Tablet

You can access your Merrill Edge account through the app for your iPhone, Android, or tablet devices. Easily access your account with your user ID and password, just as if you were logging in to the Merrill Edge website.

How to Get Forgotten Username or Password

If you forgot your user ID, follow these steps to recover it:

Visit the Forgot User ID or Password page on the Merrill site.
Enter the email address you assigned to your account.
Click the “Retrieve User ID” button.

Then Merrill Edge will email you your user ID. If you forgot your password, you can do the following to access them:

Visit the Forgot User ID or Password page on the Merrill site.
Enter your user ID.
Click the “Retrieve Password” button.

How to View Your Bank Statements

You can choose to get your statements delivered or choose to select online delivery to receive your statements in your account, so you can print them on your own. When your statements are ready, you’ll receive an email from Merrill indicating you can access them in your account.
