I had a similar experience to tt with the bonus posting. Within a week it was there.
Those thinking of partaking in this deal should also be aware of the tax implications of this since it is a 529 plan. If the earnings aren’t used for qualified educational expenses (during that tax year) then they are subject to federal tax and a 10% penalty.
Additionally there could be some state tax implications on both the principle and earnings depending on your state tax law.
I only added one beneficiary and have not looked into withdrawing any funds yet.

It seems like you have to fill out a withdrawal form and mail it in to them to withdraw the money – Is there any simpler way of getting the money out? and do we need to fill out a separate form for each beneficiary?
