I have had a Pay Pal Account for many years. I qualify for this settlement as my account has been closed without cause. When I try to fill our the claim form it ask me to download documents. What documents are needed. This is a two month old computer and all my translations are on my old one and I can’t access my Paypal account. Please advise what I should to and what document you need.
