According to the lawsuit, Sonic was hit with a data breach that siphoned personal and financial information from past customers who used their cards at Sonic Drive-In. The data attack effected many customers. One customer says that they were hit with over $70 in fraudulent charges, because of the data breach.

I just had $40.00 taken from the Sonic App from a guy name Bryan Gomez of Anaheim, CA. I even have the receipts and emails of all the times he has hacked in. I have had to change passwords and call my bank and all sorts of time consuming things. I want Sonic to do something about this or give me back my money!!! I definitely want to sue Sonic for effecting me. I will go back there again ever!!! Your welcome to contact me to do something about this FRAUD!
