No claim form and a call to “corporate Headquarters” got no action either……………bye, bye Subway..
I questioned this before myself, after arriving home, seeing the size, I tape measured it. About 10 inches. So I have been back, but I just accept the fact they are not 12″, but taste good.
There’s no need for a claim form, because you DO NOT receive a free sub or anything else. The only “benefits” you receive are requirements that footlongs be at least 12″ long in the future. Read the FAQ’s at the class action website.
There is no claim form on the links!
