The LATAM Visa Signature Card has an offer for 20,000 Multiplus bonus points when you make your first card purchase. We value these points to be worth around $300. This card comes with an annual fee of $75, so the bonus will pretty much for the annual fee for around 4 years.
Designed for the frequent LATAM flyer, the LATAM Visa Signature card is designed for those who frequently travel to South America. It offers 2X points on LATAM airfare and 1X points for all other purchases. You’ll also get 4,000 bonus points every year after you renew your membership and a few other LATAM-related benefits.
If the $75 annual fee is a little to steep and you can’t make use of all of the benefits, consider the fee LATAM Visa Card instead.

Like many other airline-branded cards, your points’ worth depends on how you use them. Our research revealed a wide range of values from $0.002 to $0.09 per point. On average, each Multiplus Point is worth around $0.015.
You can use your Multiplus Points for:
- Award flights with LATAM Airlines or a partner airline (more on that below)
- Cabin upgrades

- Car rentals
For the best value, redeem your Multiplus Points for air travel with LATAM Airlines or one of its airline partners.
LATAM is part of the oneworld airline alliance, so you can redeem your Multiplus Points for award flights on any oneworld member airline:

Bottom Line
If you fly to South America often, the LATAM Visa Signature Card is a worthy consideration. It offers double points for LATAM airfare, plus a handful of useful perks. But if you’re not going south of the border at least once a year, I suggest you look into another travel rewards card instead.
But if you don’t fly to South America that often, then I’d suggest looking into another credit card that better suits your lifestyle. For more credit cards, see our latest list of the best credit card bonuses!
