Loanio, the latest peer-to-peer lending(P2P), is offering a $25 referral bonus for new lenders. Some examples of P2P include Lending Club, Prosper, and Kiva.com(this last one is more like charity). I get around 11% back on my loans with Lending club and Prosper so far. The best part on most of these P2P is the referral money. I get $25 and you also get $25 once you become a lender. Sign-up Process:

It took me less than 10 minutes to complete as a new lender. Sign up through this link. They will ask you to pick a screenname and password. Verify your identiy with Driver license, Social Security #, and a few questions from your credit report.

They will send you an email. Click it and sign into your new account. For those that want to be lenders for the $25 bonus, click on Lender, and fill out your bank info. You will need to deposit $100 to be a lender. However, you can lend as little as $50. For more infomation, check out their FAQs.
