Muriel E Kendrix says
Class Action against American Express regarding insurance on travel and baggage. This case was won and clients notified of what AE owed them and then the games began. I was a member for 40 yrs. never carried a balance and never agreed to any payment over time. Always paid when billed in full. Suddenly AE invoked a payment over time clause which I never agreed to or used and have refused to send my refund. Instead wanted to hold for yearly fee. I cancelled my card and informed them in writing that I was not going to enroll in the coming year. Still no refund. I contacted the GOV and was told another class action suit was necessary to correct this.
