I am still a victim of close to a thousand dollars in fees over the year 2018 and 2019!!!!! At this point right now I can’t buy food or gas and they KEEP CHARGING me more and more overdraft fees!!!! They must not be afraid of having to pay back fees if they are still taking fees out every time they get the chance.
Don’t get your hopes up I got a check $4.09 and the lawyer’s stay with millions.
Nothing’s going on. The judge did a final approval on Aug 31 2018 but I haven’t heard of any refunds going out. Did anyone get one?
me neither! who can we contact?
That’s what I just heard the post card said do nothing to remain in the settlement I’m very confused.some one tell me am I in or out.
Can someone please let me know what is going on with the overdraft lawsuit
I haven’t heard anything or got anything in the mail telling me the status thank you
ALSO,
If anybody DOES get paid via check or credit to their account could you please let us k ow on the forum here, BC I am having a major issue as to how
LONG it is taking them to pay us! If I still have nothing by the end of AUGUST I am going to try to co tact someone in person!
Thanks
RIGHT!!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NO JOKE! For the past several decades banks have been having to settle class action suits against them!
If you read whatever information you are taking about, you will see that it states, “if you wish to be included in this settlement and you had or have an account with BOA, simply DO
NOTHING
, and we will CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT”!
THATS WHAT I WANNA K OW; I tried calling that number and all you get is a recording! Supposedly they settled for a certain amount so unless it is still pending we should start getting our “REWARD” refund soon!
I’m thinking maybe BC they have to credit k Er a MILLION PEOPLES ACCOYNT , that it may take some time!
If I do t have it by September 1st I’m gonna find a number to call!
C
Ronald,
I believe you are right I’m NOT filling anything out or as BOA SAYS:
“If you wish to be refunded some money DO NOTHING and they will either send you a check or just CREDIT your account”. The amount is unknown or I believe depends on how many times you experienced their OD WRATH! Fortunately for me
I HAD quite a few so I am expecting to get several 100 if not in the 1,000’s of dollars! (But that may be a little too optimistic; we shall see!?
Hey Ali (my sisters name),
Unfortunately I do know quite a bit about OD FEES, based on the fact that I have had a lot of them! Let me know if you have questions and I will try to answer them as well as try to guide you to someone who can! No Matter
What LETS ALL KEEP THE FORUM TALKING BC that will only help our cause!
NAMASTE,
CHRISTINE
SORRY FOR ALL THE MISPELLING….
I SPRAINED MY THUMB!
Yeah, or as it says in the article they will “AUTOMATICALLY “ credit our account!!! The whole thing seems shady! When you call the 1-800 number it says the same thing! We just need to make sure we keep posting about it so we are heard!
Christine
WHEN THE HELL ARE WE FOING TO SEE ANY OF THIS “REWARD”! Not only was I a Victum; I probably could’ve bought another HOUSE with as many fees as I was charged!! (NOT REALLY…, but DAM CLOSE)!
It is now JULY 2018, and still I haven’t seen a dime! My question is HOW LONG until we see some of oOUR OWN money GIVEN back to us! It’s nice to have the little man win every now and then!?????
