(2) I have not tested this out myself, but Sam’s Club is listed in the table as accepting Sam’s Club gift cards to buy “everything”. However, Sam’s Club customer service told me today that neither Sam’s Club gift cards nor Walmart gift cards can be redeemed at Sam’s Club to buy gift cards of any kind: they can only be used to purchase merchandise.
There’s a good chance that this deal will end sooner than the expiry date of February 20, so take advantage of this deal ASAP if you’re interested.

To answer your question, yes you can! With the voucher, it’s a convenient alternative to physical gift cards. They’re delivered to your email/account and can only be redeemed in-store. I’ve used vouchers in paper form and digitally through my handheld device using the voucher’s bar code, however, I would suggest printing out the voucher to be on the safe side!

When and where was this? From what I’ve been reading on SDs TRU registers are all now hardcoded to not let you buy a GC with a TRU GC. I used to buy AZ GCs all the time from TRU, but this was over a year ago.
Buyers (and sellers) of discounted gift cards should be very wary of doing this- a LOT of scammers. Read reviews and check out the BBB; know what you’re getting into. It’s a gamble.
