- Here, you’ll need to provide the following information:

How To View Your First Citizens Bank Statement Information
Online, First Citizens Bank has 13 months worth of eStatements information available to you. Your electronic statements will be available to read in PDF format.
If you would prefer to receive hard copy, paper statements then you can print them from your online account. This is accessible through the desktop version of the website, not the mobile app.
