I was wondering if anyone has had issues with filing a claim online for the Naturemade TrippleFlex Supplement lawsuit. It says that you don’t have to have proof of purchase for up to 4 products. When I check first box that indicates cash reward for Up to 4 products without proof of purchase and then in 2nd section I indicate that the number of covered products that I am enclosing proof of purchase is zero, and then answer NO to last question that ask if I have supporting documentation to submit- on review page it says that
*number of covered products for which you are making claim: 4
*number of covered products for which you are enclosing adequate proof of purchase: 4
However the number of products for which I am enclosing proof of purchase is zero, which clearly states on 1st page. Has anyone else had this problem when filing claim?
