Ordered an e gift card on their website, received an email stating “We have received your Gift Card payment. Your Gift Card information will be sent to recipient’s email shortly”. That was over 3 days ago and no other emails have been received with the code of the gift card or any other further communication. Contacted customer service 24 hours after purchase both through email and their website. No reply. They have taken my money as the charge is already on my credit card and have not provided a gift card. Total SCAM.
