For those who have paid an overdraft fee from Bank of America between January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2016 that were not classified as one-time charge, you may be entitled to compensation from the Bank of America Uber Overdraft Fee Class Action Lawsuit!
According to the lawsuit, Bank of America charged unfair overdraft fees on transactions between Uber. They have agreed to will pay approximately $20 for each overdraft fee it charged to Class Members. The bank will also pay $5.6 million in attorney’s fees and a settlement award of $7,500 to each plaintiff.
