Am Ex has promised twice now to live up to their deal 2000-250 and have twice now denied my reward. So why did I not get the reward and why should I ever trust this company again?

I was going to sign up for this but when I clicked on the link I didn’t see the 25k introductory point bonus anywhere on the Amex website. Is this offer still valid?
Thanks

Can these points be converted to statement credit or cash? Or does it have to be converted to giftcards?
