Subscribers of FitFabFun who, between Jan. 1, 2013 and April 11, 2017, received a gift card in the box and noticed that there is a very short expiration date may be eligible for a potential award from the FitFabFun Gift Card Class Action Lawsuit! According to the lawsuit, FitFabFun and it’s vendors gave out gift cards as part of their subscription service that had expiration dates earlier than the expiration period required under applicable federal and state gift card laws.
