this is all a bunch of BS I have called numerous times They know we purchased this crap they were selling for big bucks that’s why they sent us the notice. Now we have to have proof of when, which is no problem, but also when we started calling about it to get it fixed. They sent service guys out to our house and they put new covers on and they did the same thing the original did peeling and so nasty looking what choice did we have but to get rid of them but they want to know the exact date it all started. They have these records in their books. They are crooks, but their business keeps right on going while the customers are out thousands of dollars
