Was wondering about the Maxim pay out date and the amount would received by members that participated in the lawsuit? I
I sent mine by mail and called the number. Now they say they don’t have it. That’s ridiculous. I have been watching this since I received my letter in mail. They said the date has passed and their was nothing they could do about it.
Go to the website for maxim’s class action lawsuit 2019, If you did thru their you should be able to check, If not there is a 1800 number you can call for information.

Deadline passed you should’ve received a card in the mail, amounts at not available yet they have the last court in August that will determine how many class members filed a claim, at least that’s what I’ve read on some articles.
