Mr. Nguyen, It would be great if you could find/post/blog, some information on legitimate,no scam (“what you see is what you get”), non-secured credit cards, loans, mortgage loans, consolidation loans; from direct lenders so that hard working, honest people with poor credit history can clean up our credit! I’m in my late 40’s and am in the process of rebuilding my credit! I have student loan debt, non paid medical bills (from when I had no health coverage), and I am behind on my taxes….these items are from a time when I was a single mom, always held a job since 1985 and I was paying on all but had a much needed knee replacement and nerve transfers! However my husband is in his late 40’s, served 20yrs Honorably Discharged from the US Navy, and was previously married and has very poor credit. His debt is from his previous marriage, he got stuck with HOA bills, back taxes his ex never paid, windows his ex’s got on her house. The ex basically screwed him in the divorce and got away with it! These are all common scenarios people our age younger/older go through…this is the American People. There just is no way to get out from under! We have good “middle class” income, we just pay the high cost in taxes, percentage rates ect. Our rent alone is 1200.00 monthly, let alone our 356.00 car payment on a 2012 vehicle!!!! We truly want to buy a home/some land, pay off our truck and we’re good! We would like a 150,000.00 to 200,000.00 loan and get a house/land, pay off our truck and all our debt so we can start anew with one payment monthly! Can you help us? Is There A legitimate lender for bad credit that won’t charge 300% interest rate! Help
